| Position the metallic path-glider in the centre
of the amazen, by placing its pin in the groove.
Place your middle finger in the recess of the path-glider
and gently move the path-glider through the amazen.
Every shift in direction will turn the path-glider
toward the centre or away from the centre.
Focus your attention on the tip of your
finger, close your eyes and maintain an awareness
of your position on the path in relation to the centre,
with the intention of creating a flowing motion.
